About Us : Animal Allsorts is the online shop of Bristol Zoo Gardens.
Making A Purchase : Once you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, click on "Checkout" - you can then confirm, amend or delete your order. To remove items from your order tick the box next to that item, or adjust the value in the quantity field. You will need to to select "update" to show the changes you have made to your shopping cart. If you are happy with your order you will then be asked for payment details. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch through paypal. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. If you have not provided an email address please ensure that you print off your order confirmation.
Shipping And Handling A standard post & packing charge which will be added to all orders. UK orders £1.50; Europe Airmail £3.95; Worldwide Airmail £7.95. There is no P&P charge for tickets, Annual Membership Packs or Animal Adoption Packs sent to the UK addresses (Outside the UK our standard charges apply). We reserve the right to add additional postage to items over 10kg or in exceptional cases, but we will contact you by email to agree any additional charges
Delivery Schedule : Entrance and Event Tickets can be collected on the day of your visit. Bring your printed receipt with you. Please enter your date of visit when prompted if you wish to collect. Otherwise all orders are despatched within 5 working days.
Back Orders : If an item is not in stock we will let you know by email.
Tax Charges : Prices include VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security : Credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee : Annual Memberships and Animal Adoptions are non-refundable. All other products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.This does not affect your statutory rights.
